ENGAGED STRATEGIES

ENGAGED STRATEGIES is a boutique consultancy under the creative leadership of Mike Feinson – an organizational change expert, innovation consultant and Design Thinking facilitator. His focus is on bringing together people with different perspectives and enabling them to identify new solutions to sticky problems, come to agreement, and commit to implementation.

Mike works on the belief that change does not happen through great ideas alone. His ability to teach others how to reframe problems and strengthen relationships are two components that have helped his clients to achieve breakthroughs and implement transformational change.

Mike is a faculty member of Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and the American Management Association, where he teaches programs on Design Thinking and leading disruptive change.
