UNSTICKING THE ORGANIZATIONALLY STUCK

Approach_header.jpg

It happens. Maybe you’re looking to explore a new market or capability, expand or tweak your product or service, or fix a sticky internal issue that always leads to a dead end. We’ve been there, unstuck that. Our approach to facilitating, brainstorming, engaging and resolving works. Here’s how…

COLLABORATIVE DESIGN

Our toolbox is a combination of Design Thinking, Appreciative Inquiry and evidence-based collaborative tools that solve problems and identify opportunities. We don’t throw the word “collaborative” around casually – this is a close, engaging partnership with you, your employees and your customers. Stakeholders are heard, concerns are shared, true ‘ownership’ of a solution is achieved by all.

EXPLORE & DEFINE
We start by learning about you, your organization, what you value, what your customers care about, and the problem you’re trying to solve. Through interviews and observation, we gain insights that fuel our innovation process.

IDEATE
You are experts at your business. We’re experts at getting your experts creatively on-course with a collaborative process that brings out everyone’s best.

PROTOTYPE
We empower you with tools to create simple prototypes to visualize solutions and demonstrate how they could work. Test them with your customers, members or other stakeholders, get feedback to determine if they’re viable, then together we’ll refine the solution until it aligns perfectly with your goals and objectives.

APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY

Appreciative Inquiry is root cause analysis of things that you want to appreciate in value – business practices, processes and outcomes you want to improve.

  • Greater customer service?

  • Collaboration across departments?

  • More engaged association members?

Without fail, Appreciative Inquiry reveals real-world examples of your problem not being a problem. Attacking the challenge from new perspectives, implementing tasks that are outside your comfort zone, reframing the issue – these are the approaches that lead to breakthroughs.

Mike was really great. He provided useful examples, and gave great directions. Got me thinking about management and leadership in a more focused way.
